Buffy Season 2
The first half of this season is notable for the short-lived appearance of Kendra, the first 'other' slayer. Sunnydale's scoobies get promiscuous as Willow, Oz, Xander, Cordelia, Giles and Miss Calendar pair up with varying degrees of success. Most interesting moments come when Buffy and Angel "seize the moment," causing one tame vampire to lose his soul.

Will the scoobies be able to defeat the germ phobic Mayer coupled with good Slayer turned bad, Faith? Buffy's mother deals with her daughters involuntarily chosen profession while the chosen one herself tries to maintain her floundering relationship with Angel.

A government conspiracy is faced by the Scoobies in 'the initiative,' a project in which hybrid demons are created for government control. Buffy begins dating Riley, Willow realises her attraction to women, and Xander finds love in the comedic ex-demon, Anya.

Buffy is forced to deal with her mother's increasing sickness while facing a mentally unstable, female version of 'he-man.' Giles buys himself his very own magic shop, and... oh, Buffy has a sister?
