While the Whedonverse was once again ignored...
...in this years Golden Globe nominations, Angel has picked up 4 nominations in the very prestigious Satellite Awards, which each year become a more and more wanted alternative for the Golden Globes (at least by genre show fans). Angel was nominated for:
David Boreanaz - Best Actor in a Series, Drama
Amy Acker - Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Drama
Gina Torres - Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Drama
Andy Hallett - Best Supporting Actor in a Series, Drama
The Firefly DVD set was also nominated for Best DVD Extras in the New Media category
